UPDATE 2 January
Yesterday, when Beatrix' puppies by Jazz
Fest were four weeks,
we had planned to take individual pictures of them,
but they were most un-cooperative, so we decided to wait another two weeks
and be satisfied with a picture of them all, eagerly eating their minced meet.
Starting from the mostly white male at the
top of the picture and moving clockwise,
the next two are red brindle bitches, one of them with a white collar, the other
one with almost no white (the small spot on the back of the neck can hardly be
seen anymore), then comes a red brindle male with a nicely placed white neck
marking on the show side, then a lighter red brindle bitch
with a little white on the neck, and finally the red male with only a few
brindle markings.
All the puppies have beautifully marked faces, which we hope to be able to show
after the next photo session.

UPDATE 20 December
This is even worse! No update on this page
since Beatrix was bred to Jazz Fest!
Now her puppies, three males and three bitches, are two weeks old,
and their first pictures have finally been taken.

UPDATE 7 October
Beatrix started her season earlier than
expected
and was bred to Jazz Fest already October 6th.
UPDATE 18 September
In October-November we count on breeding two
bitches to
Sportingfields Jazz Fest, who will be returning to
the US,
probably in March 2003.
Airescot Spectacular Sapphire will hopefully have her
first litter
and Ch Paris Beatrix of Tiber will have her last.
Go to their pages for individual pictures and information.
UPDATE 28 August
Annika Janson has just been kind enough to
send us this nice picture
of Airescot Bob Fest at 6½ months, Oly's litter brother.

UPDATE 16 August
Katarina Petersson has just been kind enough
to send us this nice picture
of Oly winning BIS-2 Baby Puppy as reported below.

UPDATE 30 July
At 5½ months Bob and Oly made their show
debut at Skokloster/Tammsvik,
a very successful debut, indeed. They both won their classes both days,
BOB and BIS Baby puppy going to Bob at the Whippet Club Specialty,
while Oly won BOB and BIS-2 of all the Sighthound Baby puppies
at the Sighthound Specialty. Judges were Michael Howgate, GB,
and Maureen Blanks, GB, resp.

UPDATE 23 May
Pictured below are Bob Fest (Bob) and
Olympic Fest (Oly)
at 14 weeks. They will be staying with the Airescots.

UPDATE 30 April
Here are pictures taken today at 11½ weeks
of the three Rory-Ocki-puppies
still remaining here: Bob Fest, Ice Fest and Olympic Fest.
Bob and one of the bitches will be staying with us, but the other bitch -
we had not yet decided which one - was booked to go to California
by the end of May. Unluckily the poor lady, who had looked forward
to having her, has been called in for a major hip operation much earlier
than expected and will not be able to take this puppy. This means that she is
still for sale to a good home, in Sweden or elsewhere, with interest in showing.

UPDATE 26 March
Some new pictures of Ocki's Rory-puppies
taken at 6 weeks
by Monika Wounder, who was here to make her choice among the bitches.
Her pictures turned out a little pale and blueish due to the lighting,
and some were
not so good, so the collection below is a mixture of pictures,
some taken at 5 weeks and some at 6 weeks.
We hope to have new pictures of all the puppies at 7 weeks.

Airescot Bob Fest (at 6 weeks, but head from 5 weeks)

Airescot Hockey Fest (at 5 weeks)

Airescot Sporting Fest (5 weeks)

Airescot Curling Fest
(both taken at 6 weeks, but with different cameras)

Airescot Ice Fest (6 weeks)

Airescot Olympic Fest (6 weeks)
Airescot Ski Fest (6 weeks)
UPDATE 2 March
Today, at three weeks, Ocki's Rory-puppies
are very unwilling to be stacked
for the first time, some of them less unwilling than the others.
From the snapshots below you can at least get some impression
of their individual looks. The three males first, then the four bitches.
And then all of them together, enjoying their minced meet.

UPDATE 16 February
To celebrate the ongoing Olympic Winter
Games Ulla Viberg,
Ocki's grandgodmother, has today named Ocki's puppies by S. F. Jazz Fest.
Go to the 2-day-pictures below and you'll see their names.
Thank you, Ulla, and may they all become worthy of Gold medals!
UPDATE 11 February
Now 2 days old Ocki's Rory-puppies have been pictured
in two lots, one picture showing the three boys, the other one the three girls.
They are all more or less brindle. Surprisingly all the boys are much
darker
than the girls - this time the difference in colour is not caused by different
lighting.

From the left the boys' names are:
Airescot Sporting Fest
Airescot Bob Fest
Airescot Hockey Fest

From the bottom and upwards the bitches are
named:
Airescot Ski Fest
Airescot Curling Fest
Airescot Olympic Fest
Airescot Ice Fest
UPDATE 10 February
Yesterday, 9 February, "Ocki"
just as happily as easily gave birth to her
litter by "Rory", Ch Sportingfields
Jazz Fest.
She is pictured below with her newborns - three males, four bitches -
all brindle and white with black pigmentation.
More individual pictures soon to follow.

UPDATE 10 December
*We are just back from
a trip to Finland, where "Ocki",
Scand. Ch Airescot Royal Occasion, was
mated by "Rory",
Am Dual Ch Sportingfields Jazz Fest - an exciting
combination of two
almost unrelated whippets, both excelling in type, construction and movement.
Those of you who might be interested in a puppy
from "Rory's" first Scandinavian litter should get in touch soon.

*Due to a technical
mistake (or rather, my lack of techinal skill)
the new pictures of Beatrix' bitch puppies by Rascal did not appear
as promised when updated 4 December. NOW they are all here, I hope,
the five puppies - two males and three bitches - at 6½ weeks.

UPDATE 20 April
19 April Int Ch Airescot
Red Redee was bred to Ch Airescot Burnaby
(for Burnaby's background and recent picture go to Beatrix'
first litter)
Redee has had two litters before (go to Redee's
progeny,
of which so far Ch A. Royal Occasion is the most famous)
Burnaby belongs to the successful litter, from which four
littermates
with their dam won BIS-3 Progeny Group at the Stockholm show
in December 2000 (for picture go to Beatrix'
first litter).
Although almost unrelated Redee and Beatrix look very
similar
(see picture below after winning Best Brace at Skokloster),
and our wish to combine them has now come true.
For us it's an extra bonus that the maternal grandsire of Burnaby's sire
is Statuesque Personalised.

UPDATE 17 April
16 April "Ocki", Ch Airescot Royal
Occasion, had her litter by "Jason",
three males and four bitches, all brindle & white, as expected,
and all very strong and healthy. The proud mother is pictured below
with her newborn puppies.

********
UPDATE 25 March 2001
"Ocki" declares herself definitely in whelp.
******
12 February "Ocki", Ch
Airescot Royal Occasion, was bred to "Jason",
Ch Statuesque Extortion. The date for his return to Australia was already
set, before "Ocki" had come in season. As this was a breeding we had
been
especially looking forward to, we consider it extremely lucky that she was
co-operative enough to come in heat just in time to be mated, before he
left.
