The breeding planned in the Update below has now taken
place, November 21,
so hopefully a litter will be born ca January 20, for delivery by the end of

UPDATE October 20, 2006
More than a year since our latest Update here is a good
proof of how limited our breeding of Norwich Terriers is.
We have bred ONE bitch puppy, now 8 weeks old, from Ch Airescot Ada Lovelace by
the young Finnish bred dog
Patchwork Mr Ginger Nut. A red bitch, very full of herself, called Kaisa, but
named Airescot Sigrid Undset
to stick to our literary names.
Early in 2007 we plan to breed Airescot Pamela Mitford (see
puppy pictures below).
She is by Ch Loddon's Prince Valiant ex. Airescot Such Is Life, dam of Int Ch
Airescot Jumping For Life
and Ch Airescot Joy Bells, and will be bred to the Finnish male Ch Porrigito
Åkej (Ch Porrigito Tarzan ex. Ch Porrigito Ingalunda).
Tarzan is a son of our "James", leased from Canada, Ch Fairewood For Your Eyes
Only,
and his dam is the top winning Ch Ranpiin Bibelotte. Åkej won Best In Show at
the Finnish Norwich & Norfolk Terrier Specialty
earlier this Autumn, judged by Marita and Kenneth Eliasson, Cantab Norwich &
Norfolk Terriers.
Pamela is co-owned with Lena Key, but this litter will be Airescot's and born
with us.

Our expected litter ex. Lisa, Airescot Such Is Life, written about in the Update below,
was born today, three lovely bitches, two red and one black/tan.
They are pictured here a couple of hours old.
UPDATE May 24, 2005
It's obviously very far between our Updates about Norwich
Terriers! Since the Update below we have in fact had
another litter, also by "James" but ex. Briar's daughter Airescot Such Is Life.
Her lovely litter of five puppies
was born just over two years ago and one of the puppies, our
Airescot Jumping For Joy, has now won
his
Swedish, Norwegian and Danish titles. He has also sired his first litter, of
which you can see a picture on his page.
His dam Airescot Such Is Life, "Lisa", is now expecting a
litter by Ch Loddon's Prins Valiant,
a son of last year's top winning Norwich Terrier and also one of the Top Winning
Dogs All Breeds
GB S Ch Ragus Name Your Poison.
Lisa's litter is expected by the end of this month, so only a week to go.

Today Briar's very special puppies by James
are four weeks old,
all thriving but not quite concentrating on their minced meat
when pictured below. Even their names are very special:

When they are six weeks old, we'll try to stack them for

UPDATE October 7, 2002
October 3rd Briar gave birth to four lovely
red puppies,
one male and three bitches, pictured below four days old.
Unfortunately Briar's daughter Lisa did not conceive.
Early next year she will be bred again to James.

More than a year since last update is a true sign of how
few things
have happened at the Airescots as far as the Norwich Terriers
are concerned. Hopefully both Briar, Ch
Fairewood Felicitations,
and her daughter Lisa, Airescot Such Is Life,
will have litters in the beginning of October.
They have both been bred to our Canadian guest
Ch Fairewood For Your Eyes Only.

Today, just over six weeks old, Such Is Life and Survivor,
now called Lisa and Sluggo, have been admired by Britt Ohlson,
the owner of "Morris", proudly pictured below with her "grandchildren".

UPDATE 25 March 2001
Today, March 25, "Briar", Ch
Fairewood Felicitations,
gave birth to her eagerly expected litter by "Morris".
To our disappointment only two of the four (2+2) beautiful puppies
survived the complicated whelping:
the male Airescot Survivor (b/t) and the bitch Airescot Such Is Life (red).
The two not surviving puppies were both red.
Survivor and Such Is Life are pictured above, 12 hours after birth,
at which point they, as well as their dam, were full of life and thriving.

23 January 2001 Ch Fairewood Felicitations
was bred to
Ch Wesa Borgs Pumbaa, Top Winning Norwich Terrier in Sweden for 2000.
This will be the first litter sired by "Morris".
We much appreciate that we have been allowed to use him,
as we have great hopes for this interesting combination.
He is seen below as pictured by Lillemor Böös.
