...Jason in the Scandinavian show rings...
Jason won his qualifying CACIB towards his
International title
in Turku, Finland on January 20th, his last show in Europe
before his return to Australia.
(To become an International Champion a dog must win at
least four CACIB's
in at least three different countries and under at least three different judges,
and there must be at least one year between the first and the last CACIB.)
Since January 8th 2000, when Jason won his first CACIB in
Gothenburg,
he has acquired a total of 12 CACIB's in five different countries,
given to him by 12 different judges.
At this final show in Finland Jason also was BOB under Frank Kane,
England and Group 2 under Donald Fitzsimmons, Canada
- a great ending to a great show career in this part of the world.
Jason was Sweden's Top Whippet for 2000,
and we are very pleased, indeed, that so many judges and breeders
just like us have found him to be a very special Whippet.

during his year with the Airescots)
Jason started the new millennium very
successfully
at the Gothenburg Dog Festival in January
by winning his Swedish title, his first CACIB on his way
to the International title, and his first Scandinavian Specialty BIS.
