Yesterday at the Swedish KC National All Breeds Show in Västerås near Stockholm
Frejya
won her seventh CC and was BOB. Her day was crowned
by a 3rd in Group placement.
Gunnel Holm, Finland, judged the breed. Group judge was Göran Bodegård.
UPDATE March 27, 2008
The next show for Frejya was the SKK International Easter
Show in Stockholm,
where she won her 6th CC and her third CACIB.
Marie Hamill from Ireland judged the breed and Frejya was her BOS-winner.
BOB-winner was the young Anzolas Vincent Black Shadow, "Knutte",
winning his 10th CC and first CACIB, owned and handled by Chatrin Lundberg.
Frejya and "Knutte" are both still too young to qualify for their titles.
"Knutte" is the sire of our recent litter ex.
Terrietype I'm Jane Airescot,
so we were all very pleased.
The pictures below were taken at the show by "Tjotte".
UPDATE January 8, 2008
At two International All Breed Shows in Gothenburg, Sweden last weekend
Frejya was for the first time old enough (15 months) to be eligible for a CACIB.
She managed to win
two CC's, two CACIB's and furthermore she was BOB both days!
Breed judges were Johan Juslin, Finland and Terry Nethercott, UK,
the latter pictured below with his breed winner. Can you see the dog?

UPDATE December 17, 2007
Yesterday at the Stockholm International and Nordic Winner
Show in Stockholm
25 Affenpinschers were entered under Swedish judge Patric Ragnarsson.
BOS to our "Ross" was Frejya, last time out in Junior
Class, as she is soon 15 months old.
She was still too young to be awarded the CACIB, but she won her third CC and
was
Nordic Winner Junior Bitch 2007 as well as Nordich Winner Affenpinscher bitch
2007.
These lovely wins qualified her for Crufts 2008.
We are very proud that she finished 2007 as #3 Affenpinscher in Sweden
UPDATE August 21, 2007
The past weekend
was one of the craziest of my doings so far,
but luckily also very successful and thus worth all the struggle.
As
Ross, our American Affenpinscher, has a docked tail there
are not many countries
in which he can be shown to get qualified for his International title.
So far he has 17 CACIB's in Sweden, one in Finland, only thanks to the
dispensation
for docked dogs given at the European World Winner show last year.
In the Baltic countries dogs with docked tails are still allowed to be shown,
so Friday evening
Ross and I flew to Estonia and the International All Breeds show in Tallinn.
We arrived a couple of hours after midnight, and after very few hours of sleep
at a hotel facing a night club
we went to the show, where Ross won the CC, CACIB and BOB and was thus qualified for his International title.
As our flight back to Sweden was in the late afternoon we couldn't stay for the group judging,
but got home reasonably early for some more hours of sleep, before driving off at 6.00 a.m.
to the Swedish KC All Breeds show in Nyköping, to which show Ross
and our 11 months old Affen bitch Winterkloud Frejya were entered and were to be judged first in our ring at 9.00 a.m.
Of the18 Affenpinschers entered Ross was again Best Dog, Frejya was Best Bitch winning her second CC from Junior Class,
and then she was BOB over Ross and later even pulled out in the Group!
She is the second bitch ever to have beaten Ross for BOB in Sweden. Our breed judge was Svante Frisk, Sweden.
UPDATE August 1, 2007
At the Affenpinscher Specialty almost 50 Affens were entered under Swedish Breed Specialist Siv Jernhake.
We had the most
fantastic day with "Ross", Ch Yarrow's Jungle Jim,
winning Best In Show,
and our British import Winterkloud Frejya, winning Best
Opposite Sex from Junior Class.
From Intermediate
Class our "Micki", Terrietype I'm Jane Airescot,
from Ross' first Swedish bred litter, was fourth Best Bitch.
Go to Micki's page to see a couple of pictures of her and Petter Fodstad.
Again I must thank
my ex-husband Petter for helping me make our Affens so well presented,
and this time he was even there himself to give a hand with the handling.
UPDATE July 16, 2007
At her last show in Puppy class at the Swedish
Schnauzer-Pinscher Club Specialty in Borås, June 30th,
Frejya was again BOB Puppy, judged by Paolo Dondina and BIS-3 Puppy judged by
Ulf Bråthen, Denmark.
And July 14th, now in Junior class, she was awarded her first CC and BOS by Diane Anderson, US.

UPDATE May 28, 2007
Frejya is now 8 months old and very full of herself.
At the SKK International All Breeds show at Österbybruk May
12-13 she was again BOB Puppy, judged by Hans Almgren,
and in the big ring Cindy Petersson pulled her out among some 60 puppies of all
breeds.
At a Swedish Schnauzer-Pinscher Specialty yesterday she was
BOB Puppy, judged by Anita Whitmarsh,
and then Tornbjörn Skaar chose her for his Best Puppy In Show! The picture below
was taken by Helena Norling.

UPDATE April 9, 2007
Frejya made her show debut in Puppy class at the Swedish
Kennel Club International Easter Show in Stockholm
April 7-8, 2007, one week over the eligible age of six months.
A little hesitant in the ring to begin with she soon found out that showing was
great fun
and managed to beat the other four Affenpinscher puppies for BOB Puppy.
Breed specialist Siv Jernhake, Sweden, was our judge.
We were very proud that Svante Frisk, Sweden, pulled her
out in the final ring
when she was competing with some 60 BOB Puppies of various breeds.
